Q International SChool (the “School” respects the privacy of our users of the Q International School website (the “Site” and has developed these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are intended to describe for you, as an individual who is a user of the Site, the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. Nothing within this Site shall create a school-student relationship. Visiting this Site does not create a school-student relationship. Sending us an e-mail, either from your own e-mail service provider or directly through this Site, does not establish a school-student relationship with us. Sending us personally identifiable information does not create a school-student relationship. A school-student relationship can only be established with the School by your signing, and our accepting, of a written agreement pursuant to which the School has agreed to provide certain services to you, and you have agreed to pay for the same.
Nothing within this Site shall be conveyed or interpreted as a guarantee or prediction of any result. Nothing within this Site or associated pages, documents, comments, answers, emails, or other communications should be taken as academic or financial advice for any individual case or situation. The information within this Site is not intended to create, and receipt or viewing of this information does not constitute, a school-student relationship.
This information contained within this Site does not represent a complete discussion of all the issues relating to the area of lead generation. We may gather nonpublic personal information about a user of this Site as may be necessary to determine whether such user is a candidate for the services offered by the School. We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: (i) information we receive from you on applications or other forms, (ii) over the telephone or in face-to-face meetings, and (iii) via the internet. By using this Site, you hereby represent and warrant to the School that all information provided by you to the School, including PII, is true, accurate and not misleading. If any such information subsequently becomes false, inaccurate or misleading, you will immediately notify the School of such change.
Your PII will only be retained for the purpose of evaluating you are a candidate for the services offered by the School, and, if you ultimately retain the School to provide such services, such PII may be utilized in the provision thereof.
In order to most effectively and efficiently determine whether you are a candidate for the services offered by the School, the School may retain third party consultants, including, but not limited to other lead generation companies (collectively, third Party Contractors. Third Party Contractors may be engaged to collect, compile, organize, and verify the PII.
By submitting any PII on this Site, you hereby explicitly (i) authorize the School to disclose to, or otherwise share with, its Third Party Contractors, any and all PII that is necessary to enable the School to determine whether you are a candidate for the services offered by the School; and (ii) consent to the School, and any of its Third Party Contractors contacting you via telephone, regular mail, overnight courier or email to obtain additional PII or clarify PII that you have provided.
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy do not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the Site
The School may update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event there are material changes in the way we collect, use, share and/or treat PII, we will display a notice on this Site.
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of such jurisdiction. You agree that courts having located within or having jurisdiction over California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder, and you waive any defense of personal or subject matter jurisdiction in those courts.
